Job Description: Job responsibilities:
- For Party A Enterprise Training Manager/HR staff, understand/familiar with human resources or training areas, understand each other's needs and give advice or help
- Familiar with B2B SaaS software, or B2B online platform products (such as recruitment, evaluation and other B2B platform products) sales, familiar with large enterprise organizational structure, procurement process, decision-making mode and decision chain, familiar with bidding process, design, leading sales of major customers End-to-end complete process
- Ability to visit senior/key decision makers independently or with leadership assistance, build relationships with senior management and understand their needs, and continue to tap into customer potential
- Independently develop and stabilize regional customers, fully utilize the company and its own relationship resources, cultivate customer relationships, explore new business opportunities, provide solutions, and establish sustainable and healthy growth partnerships
- Continue to follow up on project implementation, escort customer satisfaction, explore new sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships
- Have unique insights into the demand characteristics and sales practices of the responsible regions and industries, and provide valuable advice for market strategies
Qualifications:
- College degree or above, between ages 25-32, excellent can be relaxed
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of large customer solutions for B2B SaaS software or B2B online platform products (such as B2B platform products such as recruitment and evaluation), and the ability to design solutions
- Deep understanding of B2B sales characteristics, familiarity with large enterprise organizational structure, procurement process, decision-making model and decision-making chain, clear understanding of bidding process, and ability to sell large and complex customers
- Familiar with the needs of HR functional areas and HR practitioners, can quickly establish customer sentiment
- Ability to establish relationships with corporate executives
- Strong self-driving and goal-oriented, and have strong driving performance completion ability
- Familiar with upstream and downstream channels of the enterprise training industry, and effective organization and utilization of relevant resources are preferred
